Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were close to the ocean and pool, they are in need of a renovation. The service was friendly and responsive but the bartenders at the Beach Club were understaffed and impatient. The location was great for easy access to beautiful beaches, stores, and restaurants, however, there were also some cleanliness issues to note. The dining options were satisfactory but could be improved, with some drawbacks in the breakfast menu variety.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a homey feeling with a small living room, dining table, and a fully packed kitchen that included a washing machine and dryer, making it super convenient. Being right above one of the pools was a nice touch, although the decor seemed a bit outdated. The hotel is clearly a popular choice as the rooms are booked year-round.
The hotel's location is perfect for those planning to explore Maui, with a grocery store, restaurants, and rental shops nearby. The rooms are spacious with lovely balconies, offering a home-like feel. However, the service fell short with unprofessional behavior leading to a disappointing room change.
